Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the ATA PROJECT website, client portal, and automation service. By signing up you agree to them.
The service
ATA provides studio services (Shopify stores, product images) and a self-serve automation service that sends WhatsApp messages about your store’s orders from your own WhatsApp Business number and updates your Shopify orders.
Trial, plans and payment
- Automation plans start with a 7-day free trial. After it, the plan is billed monthly in advance.
- If a month isn’t paid, automated messages stop until it is. You can cancel anytime; the current paid month is not refunded.
- WhatsApp’s own conversation fees are charged by Meta to your WhatsApp Business account, not by ATA.
- Studio projects follow the price and payment terms on your order (usually 50% to start, 50% on delivery).
Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to message your customers and follow WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce policies.
- Messages go only to people who ordered from your store, about that order. No spam or unrelated marketing through this service.
- Keep your Shopify and Meta accounts secure and the information you give us accurate.
Our responsibilities
We run the service with care and keep your data as described in our privacy policy. The service depends on Meta and Shopify; we aren’t liable for their outages, policy changes, or account restrictions they apply.
Limits
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid ATA in the 3 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or WhatsApp’s policies. When you leave, we disconnect your accounts and delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
