Delete your data

If you’re a store (ATA client)

• In your portal, disconnect WhatsApp and Shopify. We stop receiving data immediately.
• To delete your account and everything we store about your store, email ataprojject@gmail.com from your account email, or message us on WhatsApp.
• You can also remove ATA from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → ATA → Remove.

If you got a message from a store

• Email ataprojject@gmail.com with your phone number and the store’s name.
• We delete your orders, messages and reviews held by ATA for that store, and tell the store.

How long it takes

We confirm your request within 3 working days and finish deletion within 30 days. Billing records we must keep by law are kept, but not used for anything else.
